GARDENS, LAHORE
Sukh Chayn Gardens Lahore is our foremost project which speaks volumes of the excellence that SukhChayn proclaims to deliver. This is confirmed by the fact that it is the first and only Housing Society in Lahore which has a completion certificate from LDA. It is a premier housing scheme located near Thokar Niaz Baig in Lahore which offers a state of the art infrastructure in a tranquil and peaceful environment away from the commotion and congestion of the city. The development work of the society was completed within a record time of 2 years. The development's crowning feature is the harmonious balance between the functionality and aesthetics, especially, a 2km long meandering brook with exotic landscapes and picturesque parks. The dedication and commitment of work by Sukh Chayn Valley was witnessed in Lahore where they delivered the project within the time committed and continue to improve the living standards for the residents even after the project was handed over to the customers. CSR PROJECTS
Sukh Chayn truly believes in giving back to the community and to create new avenues for the society to grow and prosper. Sukhchayn has a number of projects going in for CSR. Sukh Chayn Valley has renovated and is maintaining two public parks under the IMC and CDA's Own a Park programme, through which the private sector was invited to develop and upgrade different recreational avenues, roads, parks, playgrounds as CSR.
THE F-8 PARK RENOVATION PROJECT
Sukh Chayn Valley revamped the F-8 Park as Multi-Purpose Ground providing sports facilities like Futsal (Mini Football), Basketball and Cricket Practice Pitch. The park hassince been immensely popular amongst people for healthy outdoor engagements.
THE G-5 PARK RENOVATION PROJECT
SCV also recently completed renovation of G-5 park and provided quality park and recreation resources and sports facilities to its visitors. This project was another step to improve and develop recreational infrastructure for the children of Islamabad.
